Villa Estocolmo was a conversion, extension and partial new construction of an Andalusian villa into a light-flooded spacious villa, without losing the charm of the region. The planning and construction phase took place from 2021-2023. During the renovation, the entire building services (water pipes, electricity, connection to drinking water and sewer, underfloor heating, air conditioning system, installation preparation for security technology) were implemented according to the latest standards and as well the roof and facade are newly insulated.
In order to meet the latest standards in energy production and sustainability, a photovoltaic system and heat pumps have been installed, so that the villa has an Energy Performance Certificate A. The newly created infinity pool has been moved from the old position in front of the villa to allow a view of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and the African coast. Furthermore, the garden has been redesigned to create more privacy.
Due to the sale of the villa during the construction phase, no photos of the interior could be taken.
