Villa Magnolia (Elviria, Marbella)

Villa Magnolia will be a new building, designed with consideration of the Mediterranean surroundings and the latest construction and sustainability standards. The plan has been submitted and is waiting for final approval of the building permit by the Marbella municipality, planned start of construction in 2027.

The villa is now available for purchase “off plan,” giving the potential new owner the opportunity to incorporate their wishes during the construction phase.

Villa Suiza (Elviria, Marbella)

Villa Suiza was original built in 1970 and transformed during 2023-2024 in a spectacular contemporary one level villa with fantastic views to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and to the African coast. This villa has been renovated and transformed into a contemporary bright villa, but without „breaking“ the charm of the original Andalusian house, situated in a very quiet area in Elviria. All the installations such as electric, water pipes, photovoltaic, heat pumps for underfloor heating and air conditioning are completely new and make this villa with an Energy Performance Certificate A unique. Villa Los Pinos will be a new building with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea and old pine trees. The plot was sold with the project. The construction plans have already been submitted and are waiting for final approval of the building permit by the Marbella municipality.
